Smooth caramel flavours on the nose and tongue...followed by a lovely warm after taste on the back of the throat...now a personal favourite!
Tried a taster of this at the Dorset County Show this morning (if you fancy dating this review) and was instantly smitten so made sure I went back for a bottle before we left. You could mix this with anything and it would taste incredible but personally I wouldn't mix it with anything BECAUSE it tastes so incredible. Almost ridiculously smooth with a little bit of fire and a sublime aftertaste. It tastes like the best holiday you've ever had, really.
Met Tom at Wilton Market and am so glad I did. I’m a rum sipper and the oven proof rum did it for me. Imagine the smell of Hawaiian tropic sunscreen, but as a taste ,& with 54% alcohol- yes- you’re welcome . Looking forward to sipping more …. Oh wait ☺️
